1- You can not put the commission in the MLS
BUT, you can add concessions in there
2- You have to get a buyer broker agreeemtn signed to get paid on a
deal
But, that gives you more loyal clients, no more running around town
and then them leaving you for another agent
3- You will now need to ask the seller if you are the LA how they
would like to compensate the buyer's agent
But, that helps you articulate your value and how 70% of deals are
done with a buyers agent and without the compensation you will miss
out on a big portion of leads looking to buy your home
